At Say Yes By Omi we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

 

Say Yes By OMI offers a return policy for jewelry purchased from us. Customers may return for a refund, or exchange jewelry, subject to the terms and condition set forth in this Return Policy.

Please note the following requirements to make use of the policy:


1. All returns must be made by following the procedures set forth in this Return Policy.
 

2. Customers may request an exchange, a store credit, or a combination of an exchange and a store credit for merchandise, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Return Policy.

Please inform one of our representatives of your request to return the jewelry for refund or exchange in accordance with the procedures set forth below:

A request for a return for a refund must be made within 4 business days of the date of delivery by the shipper to the Customer.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when requesting your return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

 

All items returned must arrive back to Say Yes By OMI in the same condition in which they were received by the Customer and include any security tags or factory stickers that were attached.

All return shipments for refund or exchange must be received by the shipper (as reflected in the shipper’s tracking history) within 2 business days of Say Yes By OMI making the shipping label available to Customer for printing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. Say Yes By OMI is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

Say Yes By OMI sells its items with security tags and/or factory stickers. These

must be in place when an item is received by Say Yes By OMI for return. If tags or

stickers are not in place, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be made only

subject to Customer’s payment by deduction from a refund, exchange, or store

credit of a $300 usage fee, in addition to any other costs or fees associated with

the return or exchange.


Items returned for refund, exchange or store credit must be sent by the method chosen by Say Yes By OMI using the label provided by Say Yes By OMI. The Customer will be informed of the proper method once they contact Say Yes By OMI to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


We cannot accept any returns which are not approved by us nor sent by any different service then our return service provided on our website.

All returns must be placed either in the same carrier box which they were received, or the same type and measurement box form the carrier (FedEx, USPS). Please do not use your own boxes to ship items to us. If any charge for an oversized box will occur on our carrier account, we will transfer this charge to the customer.

Upon receipt of a returned item, all items will undergo a thorough inspection by our jewelry experts to ensure that the items are in the original condition in which they were sold. All returned items must include all tags and any items or accessories that were sold with the item.

 

Items returned for an exchange or refund that are not returned in the same condition as Customer received it in will result in a refurbishing fee of up to 25% as a deduction from the refund amount or a reduction from an exchange credit.

Items purchased through PayPal will be subject to a 5% Merchant Fee in addition to other costs and fees related to return, when an item is returned for refund or exchange.

Items purchased under a layaway program cannot be returned for a refund. They can be only exchanged, returned for a store credit or a combination of an exchange and store credit.

Exchange credits and store credits will be in the amount of the initial purchase, less applicable deductions. Say Yes By OMI will not provide cash refunds on exchanges of items for items of a lower cost. Say Yes By OMI reserves the right to decline to offer refunds or exchanges beyond one incident of return for exchange or refund.

A “business day” under this policy means Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

All items purchased are subject to a 15% stocking and handling fee, including requests for return or refund. A request for a return for a refund must be made within 4 business days of the date of delivery by the shipper to the Customer.

A request for a return for an exchange or a store credit may be made up to 30 calendar days after the date of delivery by the shipper to the Customer.

All return shipments for refund or exchange must be received by the shipper (as reflected in the shipper’s tracking history) within 2 business days of Say Yes By OMI making the shipping label available to Customer for printing.

Customer is responsible for the cost of fully insured shipping back to Say Yes By OMI in any return shipments, whether for refund, exchange, or store credit. Say Yes By OMI will pre-pay for fully insured shipping in the case of a return for a refund or exchange and items will be insured at an amount up to the purchase price of the item.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sayyes@sayyesbyomi.com to request a return authorization.

 

As part of our return process, you will be requested to provide your order number and email address, as well as other information needed by us to process your request. If your name, email address or other information is different than that provided when purchasing, Say Yes By OMI may be unable to process the return.

If we approve your return request, we will create a shipping label for you to print and will include a Return Material Authorization code on the label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund amount or deducted from any exchange credit, in addition to other fees and costs detailed in this policy.

 

Once your return is authorized, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

exclusions from return policy

Say Yes By OMI has no obligation to honor a request for a refund or exchange if the item is returned using a shipping method other than the one chosen by Say Yes By OMI or a shipping label other than the one provided by Say Yes By OMI.

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Merchandise that was damaged or defective prior to receipt or that are not as described on Say Yes By OMI’s website are eligible for return for refund or exchange pursuant to the Terms for Refund above, subject to the terms of this Return Policy. Defective merchandise that is not returned within the time frames set forth above are subject to the terms of the warranty, if any, for such merchandise.

procedure for claims that packages are lost or stolen during shipping or delivery

For us to process a claim that you have not received an item which the shipper claims has been delivered (based on the shipper’s tracking history), you must make a report to Say Yes By OMI within 7 calendar days of the shipper’s claimed date of delivery, and you must cooperate with us in promptly filing a police report and otherwise following the procedures and requirements set forth in this Return Policy.

It typically takes 45 to 60 days from the date of Say Yes By OMI’s receipt of your police report for the shipper to investigate the loss and determine whether it is liable. If the shipper determines that it is, in fact, liable and refunds Say Yes By OMI for the loss, then Say Yes By OMI will promptly pass the refund along to the Customer.

If Say Yes By OMI determines that refund, replacement, or store credit is not justified, none will be granted. Reasons not to grant the refund or replacement include, but are not limited to: an adverse determination made by Shipper based upon its in investigation; Customer’s personal information provided on the claim are inconsistent in a material respect with what was provided on purchase; failure of Customer to follow the procedures set out in this Return Policy; failure of Customer to cooperate with an investigation by Say Yes By OMI, law enforcement, or the shipping carrier; the appearance of irregularity in the sales or return process; failure of Customer to provide a police report; or other circumstances at Say Yes By OMI’s sole discretion.
